The Bungalow and The Springfield are both specialist 2 bedded homes and The Westwood 3 bedded for all young adults aged 18 - 25 who require a long term setting. It is a CQC registered setting for providing accommodation for those requiring personal care.
We offer a nurturing and calm environment for young people with learning/physical disabilities. Quite often our young people have significant sensory and communication issues. They may also have some behavioural needs.
All staff undergo a stringent training programme prior to commencing work within the company. This includes the Management of Actual or Potential Aggression, Autism/LD and communication awareness, Moving and Handling, Medication Administration, First Aid amongst other specialist training as per the needs of the young person.
We believe every young person has the right to a fulfilling and rewarding life where they can achieve their goals and ambitions.
We don't offer a standard residential home, we offer a loving and caring 'home' that meets the individuals' needs in a person centred way.
We offer residential options for solo and dual occupants in a bespoke manner; where on receipt of referral we will acquire a property to meet individual needs and care plan appropriately.
